Due to our lawn mower belt breaking and Sears being unable to process the correct order for a replacement and many days of rain, we haven't been able to cut our grass very often. Therefore, the grass is almost as tall as Elizabeth! One day we'll get around to it . . .

Sunny Days . . .
Elizabeth is a little obsessed with Sesame Street currently. She particularly likes Elmo, but has learned all of his friends' names as well. My personal favorite is The Count, because she doesn't say Count, she laughs like him instead :) Hillarious! Sorry it's a little dark. Enjoy!
Bubbles!!!!!
Elizabeth learned how to blow bubbles! She eats more then she makes, but it's still fun. Enjoy the video.

Adam's Party Weekend
We traveled to Chicagoland this weekend for Adam's 1st communion / birthday party. It was nice to see family, especially those who haven't met Elizabeth yet. Elizabeth even let Bousha hold her for a little bit before freaking out:

She enjoyed watching Adam open his presents and eating cake!

We had a good time in Sauk Village. Elizabeth even was a doll on the way home and posed for the camera.

Mother's Day 2010
We had a beautiful Mother's Day this year. The weather was wonderful, a little cool but sunny. Elizabeth and daddy took me out to brunch and gave me my mother's day present. Allen framed some of Elizabeth's drawings with her picture. You can see she is very proud of her work.

I hope all the mothers out there had just as a wonderful Mother's Day as I did!

Catching up
It's been a while since I posted, so thought I would put together a bunch of random pictures for you to catch up on Elizabeth's life. She loves to color and use her fingerpaints.
We also got Elizabeth a little tent that has a tunnel attached to it. She likes to stand by it and look in it, but she's not a big fan of crawling through it. . . not yet at least.
Manchester College had their International Fair in April. Elizabeth enjoyed collecting all of the balloons as well as hanging out with the animals from the petting zoo.
Finally we've been enjoying what beautiful weather we've been having. She enjoys coloring with the sidewalk chalk, collecting rocks and walking around.
